Öí°Ë½ä×ÊÁÏÂÛ̳°ÄÃÅPath Outages Begin April 29, May 22

Öí°Ë½ä×ÊÁÏÂÛ̳°ÄÃÅPath will be offline for two stretches of more than five days each, starting April 29 and May 22, to allow for bringing Öí°Ë½ä×ÊÁÏÂÛ̳°ÄÃÅ San Diego and Öí°Ë½ä×ÊÁÏÂÛ̳°ÄÃÅ San Francisco into the new payroll and personnel system.

The outages:

  • 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, to 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 5
  • 10 p.m. Friday, May 22, to 8 a.m. Thursday, May 28

During these periods, employees cannot use any of Öí°Ë½ä×ÊÁÏÂÛ̳°ÄÃÅPath’s online functions, such as viewing paychecks or leave accruals, updating personal information, changing benefits, downloading W-2s, etc., and neither employees nor supervisors will have access to the ePerformance system.

In addition, timesheet deadlines will be one day earlier for the biweekly pay period ending May 16. The submittal deadline for employees (including interns) will be 5 p.m. Thursday, May 14; the review deadline for supervisors will be noon Friday, May 15.

Also during the outages, job applications cannot be submitted or edited. The Careers webpage will reflect this information, and no job openings will close during the outages.
