Pacific Gas and Electric Co. is monitoring a severe wind event expected to start Wednesday (Oct. 23) and has issued a warning for a potential public safety power shutoff, or PSPS, for many Northern California counties.

This is the second such advisory in two weeks. Under the new advisory, like the first one, power on the Öí°Ë½ä×ÊÁÏÂÛ̳°ÄÃÅ Davis main campus will not be affected. However, conditions could change. It is possible that the city of Davis and surrounding areas could lose power while Öí°Ë½ä×ÊÁÏÂÛ̳°ÄÃÅ Davis’ main campus is not affected. City and county notifications are available at the following links:
